RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and implement strategies/action plans for forging partnerships with universities - undertaking research and analysis of markets and universities, as well as trends and developments in the international education environment, to identify opportunities for the SMU community, focusing on forging partnerships with universities in Asia and in particular China.

During Major Incident

• End to end ownership of the Major Incident with the aim to minimize the time to restore.
