KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Head, E&C in establishment and implementation of groupwide E&C programme and activities.
• Be involved in the establishment of SATS Group’s compliance framework (including Code of ethics & business conduct and anti-bribery & anti-corruption policy) and formulation and implementation of compliance strategy for SATS Group.
• Be involved in the planning and conduct of internal reviews and internal audits on SATS Group’s Anti-Bribery Management System. Work collaboratively with Business Units in preparation of external audits, including ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification/ surveillance audits.
• Review ethics & compliance training materials and conduct training to stakeholders of various levels.
• Develop metrics for compliance dashboard to measure effectiveness of the various programs and support the Head, E&C in Board reporting.
• Be involved in facilitation and conduct of third party due diligence.
• Support the Head, E&C in development and implementation of new compliance initiatives, including formulation of new E&C policies and procedures and planning and running of activities.
• Manage projects that E&C is involved in and any other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills Required

• A recognised degree in Accountancy, Law, Risk Management, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in Ethics, Compliance, Third Party Due Diligence, Fraud Risk Management/ Fraud Investigation, Internal Audits, External Audits and/or Risk Management. Candidates with strong background in Internal Audits or External Audits who are looking for a career shift to Ethics & Compliance are encouraged to apply.

You shall assist your immediate Manager to oversee, support and ensure the apt delivery of high-quality care and service to meet the diverse needs of the children and youth (residents) under your purview. You shall also provide support in the nightly operations of the residential units and to ensure that the safety and welfare of the residents are well taken care of at all times. One of your primary responsibilities would be the overseeing of the compliance of residents' bedtime routine and morning preparations for school, including ensuring residents leave for school in a timely manner, attired in compliance to their school rules.

2. Educational Support and School Matters

2.1 Liaise with school on residents' attendance matters as well as travel arrangements.

2.2 Maintain and monitor appropriate resource materials as required by residents (personal learning devices (PLD) etc).

2.3 Ensure every resident has pocket money or a means to have their meals when in school as well as the means to travel to and from school.

2.4 Ensure residents leave for school punctually, properly attired and with the necessary school supplies (eg: PLDs).

3. Partnership and Community Networking

3.1 Establish close working partnerships both internally (within your team, and with the rest of the programmes hosted within Gracehaven (eg: IPAC) to maximise our support systems.

4. Service Development

The IT Operation and Maintenance Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the ongoing operation, maintenance, and support of an organization's IT infrastructure and systems. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT assets and services. The IT Operation and Maintenance Manager typically reports to the IT Director or Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation and Maintenance:Manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
   Ensure that IT systems and services are available and performing optimally, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
2. Team Management:Lead and supervise the IT operation and maintenance team, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
   Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to maintain a high-performing and cohesive workforce.
3. Problem Resolution:Identify and resolve IT issues and incidents promptly to minimize impact on business operations.
   Implement effective incident management and problem-solving processes.
4. Asset Management:Manage IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and contracts.
   Ensure accurate inventory and licensing compliance while optimizing asset utilization.
5. Security and Compliance:Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
   Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, and manage security audits and assessments.
6. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard against data loss and ensure continuity of operations.
   Conduct regular testing and updates of these plans.
7. Vendor and Supplier Management:Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
   Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure service quality.
8. Performance Monitoring:Implement monitoring and reporting tools to proactively detect and resolve performance issues.
   Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
9. Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
   Create operational manuals for team reference.

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) may be preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role, is usually required.
3. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network administration, system management, and security best practices. Familiarity with the organization's specific technology stack is a plus.
