Responsible for the coordination and interface with clients, consultants and sub contractors for timely execution of all project activities.

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Min 3 years relevant construction field experience in Singapore

The essential responsibilities includes:

• Responsible for providing property marketing and leasing services for the managed portfolio
• Handle negotiation for new leases, renewals or terminations
• Prospect for new tenants and conduct market surveys to source for new and suitable tenants
• Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules
• Liaise with the Landlord / Clients representatives on all leasing matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback

Formal Education & Certification

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc)
Handle the full spectrum of recruitment and hiring process of management staff and workers, including work pass matters
Provide HR direction and support to the management team
Plan, budget, and execute employee welfare program
Check, reconcile and validate to ensure all payroll transactions and claims are processed accurately and timely
Process accurate and timely reports for submission to IRAS, CPF, and other relevant authorities
Ensure compliance with regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and other agencies

Responsibility:

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of SAP programs to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline but not limited to:

Program Planning and Strategy

• Develop ERP transformation program / project plans: Create detailed roadmaps and timelines for the ERP transformation program while includes relevant workstreams, projects implementation or upgrade processes. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, performance, and time.
• Align Program objectives with business goals: Work with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system supports the organization’s strategy.
• Budget and resource management: Prepare budgets and ensure the project is cost-effective and within the financial constraints. Forecast the resources needed to achieve program objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

• Engage key stakeholders: Facilitate communication between stakeholders at all levels, including executives, department heads, and end-users. Manage and align expectations between stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the program.
• Change management: Drive adoption by ensuring stakeholders understand and support the new ERP system, providing training, and managing resistance.

Team Leadership and Coordination

Program Management, Implementation and Deployment

• Support NSBS Internal Approval Process: Support in the work of obtaining the required approvals in within the project/program approval framework of NS Bluescope.
• Vendors Management: Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Oversee the technical implementation: Work closely with the digital department and the vendor to ensure that the ERP system is installed, configured, and integrated with other systems.

Requirements:
