Position purpose

Part of The Global Distribution team, the Area Asia Pacific GBU Pharma Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing the GBU business plans that align with our corporate channel strategy involving the Outbound Channel. The “Outbound” objective is to profitably increase Roquette market share through the expansion and growth of our dealer network(s) in the region and improve the Distribution Management productivity. He participates to the on/off boarding of Distributors, to the transfer of some customer to Distributors and to the definition of Distribution rules, methods and tools. To be fully integrated to the GBU and implement it sales policy. This position steer and execute all daily operational sales targets (Prices, Volume, Budget, etc…).

Key accountabilities

Be the Roquette ambassador for external preferred distributors

Develop and Implement

• Manage and lead Distributors as an external sales force
• Ensure profitable growth through distributor network
• Define yearly budget, sales objectives and specific growth targets for Distributors
• Develop Sales and marketing programs dedicated to Distribution, in a close liaison with marketing and technical developer teams
• Define and negotiate contracts, and follow through the execution process

Role Overview:

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing media strategies with industry media, enhancing visitor experiences, and developing high-quality marketing content. Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.

Work Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in telecom, focusing on 5G technologies and base station development.
• Experience leading teams and managing commercial base station projects.
• Experience with telecom vendors like Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE is preferred.

Leadership & Management Skills:

• Strong leadership and project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.

Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of 5G base station architecture and L2/L3 protocol stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop, formulate, implement, and maintain all relevant fraud risk management frameworks and policies.
• Monitor developments in external financial crime risks including trends. Develop responses to risks and trends.
• Provide support to line manager to implement the ORF for FCC Screening & List Management.
• Take lead to conduct investigation into financial crimes and frauds.
• Review and maintain Fraud Risk Rulesets & Controls, including setting up rules to monitor transaction trends to detect the possibility of merchant and/or customer fraud.
• Test/review/enhance fraud rules periodically.
• Handles fraud incident escalation.
• Oversight of the day-to-day fraud risk management.
• Participate in fraud risk & governance related committee meetings and be informed of emerging risks.
• Perform Deep Dive analysis/thematic review on specific processes based on identified fraud risk areas.
• Ability to perform MIS and detect fraud pattern/emerging fraud trends form data.
• Develop, maintain, and provide Fraud training, including advising and educating internal stakeholders and merchants on fraud monitoring and prevention measures.
• Develop risk management metrics to monitor and manage ongoing fraud risk related to the international payment business, formulating a risk monitoring plan, and timely adjusting to optimizing the monitoring system.
• Preparation and submission of regulatory reporting.
• Review all regulatory requirements in fraud risk, e.g., mandatory block leave.
• As a Fraud Management SME, keep abreast of payment gateways, payments fraud practices, emerging trends, and technologies within the Payments industry.
• Conduct fraud risk assessment on new products and processes.
• Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of Ops Risk.

Requirements

• Have minimum a bachelor’s degree at undergraduate level or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant fraud management experience with a Payments, FinTech, Financial Services or Fraud Technology related companies.
• Attention to detail and having data analytics and/or data mining tools related experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to operate independently.
• Experience in fraud risk analysis and case investigation.
• Strong prioritization and execution skills.
• Experience in and comfortable with establishing relationships with different departments.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new fraud risk management tools.
• Self-motivated and a good team player.
