• Manage inventory: Maintain accurate records of product storage and ensure that stock levels are adequate
• Plan deliveries: Set up schedules for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Manage contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
• Resolve issues: Investigate complaints and provide solutions, such as replacing faulty goods
• Analyze budgets: Plan and analyze budgets and expenditures
• Ensure compliance: Enforce industry laws, regulations, and company policies
• Lead meetings: Hold daily meetings to identify issues and actions to be taken
• Provide customer service: Maintain customer service logs and provide excellent customer service
• Manage staff: Oversee and lead a team of logistics specialists and coordinators

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Maintain accurate stock counts, and plan storage solutions to optimize space
• Shipping and receiving: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods
• Safety: Implement safety protocols and maintain health and safety standards
• Communication: Communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Data analysis: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Problem-solving: Recommend plans to improve productivity and solve problems
• Reporting: Produce regular reports

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage & oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations
• To lead & motivate retail & sales staff
• To mentor, advice and provide resolutions to any staff issues when necessary
• Responsible for branch’s performance and sales target achievement
• Develop innovative and effective sales strategies & plans
• Perform sales forecasting activities and set performance goal
• Provide continuous service / product education and reinforce service / products’ benefits to customers.
• Provide constructive feedback with regards to improvement of the Company
• Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Managerial / Supervisory level
• Preferably in the Beauty & Wellness industry
• Possess excellent management & leadership qualities
• A self-driven and highly motivated person with excellent sales skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, with a confident disposure
• Must be able to work on retail hours
• 5days work week
