Our primary focus is on insurance applications, where we co-design innovative solutions with insurers across the ASEAN region.
We are currently seeking to hire a Business Development Manager for our Strategy and Partnership Business Unit.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on strategic projects and initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and strategy.
2. Ensure optimal governance and tracking of Southeast Asia (SEA) region business priorities by supporting, communicating, and reporting objectives, key results, and financial performance for Peak3 teams in South East Asia.
3. Facilitate team collaboration by organizing cross-functional initiatives, meetings and performance reviews, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams.
4. Actively engage with business development and partnership teams to identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships, including onboarding, coinnovation, and long-term collaborations with external partners.
5. Lead the implementation as needed to drive growth and operational excellence.
6. Maintain a strong connection with the insurance and technology industries by gathering market intelligence on business opportunities, competitor activities, industry trends, and talent recruitment in the SEA region.
7. Lead business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving platform engagement across the SEA region.
8. Represent the company in key client and industry engagements, fostering collaboration and expanding the company's influence and network in the SEA insurance and technology ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience: 3-5 Years in business development, strategy or partnership management, preferably in big 4 companies.
2. Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia (SEA) market, including industry trends and competitor activities.
3. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects and initiatives.
4. Partnership: Ability to identify, evaluate and manage strategic partnerships, including onboarding and long-term collaborations.
5. Market Intelligence: Skilled in gathering and analyzing market intelligence on business opportunities and industry trends.
6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or in a related field.
7. Language Skills: Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
