Espressif Systems is seeking an experienced and highly skilled FPGA prototype verification Manager to lead our prototype verification team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of SoC architectures, proficiency in C/C++ programming and firmware development, experience in board-level hardware design, and familiarity with test instrumentation, measurement techniques, and test automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine testing frameworks and methodologies to validate software and hardware interactions at system and module levels.

• Provide strategic input on tools, workflows, and technology adoption to improve the efficiency of software verification on FPGA platforms.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded software development and FPGA-based SoC prototyping, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming for embedded systems and experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Strong knowledge of SoC architectures, including ARM Cortex processors, memory systems, and high-speed peripherals.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA development and debugging using tools such as Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, or Synopsys HAPS.
• Expertise in developing and validating device drivers for common interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe, or Ethernet.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical oversight of the New Deal Proposals and on time delivery to the product line and deal factory
• Lead global team to meet New Deal Proposal Timelines / Requirements providing clarification of any issues, corrections, and changes
• Communicate and provide feedback to the New Deal Proposal Team on presentations, training, tools, Standard Operating Practices, process and correct with owners as needed, and drive consistency

Position Description

This position is responsible for sales growth of all NEWAY® products business within the stated region for NEWAY with direct responsibility for distributors/agents in the region.

Main Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strategic level relationships with mainly new and to some extend with existing customers

· Visit potential customers to for new business prospect

· Develop profitable new business and growing share in the existing customer base

Qualifications/Requirement.

· Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree required.

· At least 3-5 years of sales engineering experience in Oil & Gas industries/ EPC within SEA regions.

· Excellent communications and coordination skills and a motivated team player with clear leadership, strategic planning and execution skills.

· Proficient with computers, Microsoft software and ERP System.

· Good communication skill, presentation skills and able to liaise with factory.

· Candidate should be open to travel 50% plus of the time.

• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making informed hiring decisions for normal or overseas hiring and BPO (*placement of staff at client location) recruitment.
• Oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a smooth transition.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and goals.
• Identify, design, and execute training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee competencies and effectiveness.

• Experience with labor laws in Malaysia, Philippines, or Indonesia is considered advantageous.
• Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are a must.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
