• Implement and enhance Group AML/CFT Policy, Standards and operating procedures & controls;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including the development and implementation of opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This opportunity is for an experienced compliance specialist/Big 4 Auditor to join their existing team in Singapore.

The Role

• This role requires an individual self-starter contributor, a strong ability to develop and strengthen relevant compliance frameworks, tools and techniques to promote a good functioning culture of compliance within the organisation.
• Identify and facilitate compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations, particularly the Securities & Futures Act. This includes compliance risk assessment, compliance training, compliance reviews (incorporating staff dealing controls) and self-assessments.
• Participate in constructive and effective relationships with regulators.
• Provide compliance advice to business and support units in the organisation for complex initiatives with significant regulatory implications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting or Finance-related discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in financial regulatory work. External Auditor, Assurance specialist are encourage to apply. Professional compliance qualifications are a plus.
