JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SOC 2 Compliance Project Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our SOC 2 compliance efforts. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of SOC 2 compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management, strategic planning & execution with a proven track record of managing compliance or risk mitigation initiatives.

Respnsibilities

• SOC 2 Program Management
• Develop and implement a comprehensive SOC 2 compliance roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to define, document, and maintain processes and controls for SOC 2 compliance.
• Manage the entire SOC 2 audit lifecycle, including readiness assessments, remediation, external audits, and post-audit reviews.
• Represent Technology in regulatory reviews and engagement on strategic programme risks as required.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with IT, Security, Legal, and Operations teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with SOC 2 controls.
• Act as the primary liaison between external auditors and internal stakeholders, facilitating audit readiness and responses.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and awareness of SOC 2 compliance objectives and timelines.

Risk Management and Controls

• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria controls, including Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy.
• Monitor control effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to address emerging risks.

Training and Awareness

• Educate employees and leadership on SOC 2 requirements, their roles in maintaining compliance, and best practices.
• Develop training programs to ensure compliance culture across the organization.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor changes in SOC 2 frameworks and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risks.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on compliance program effectiveness.

People & Talent

• Champion and act as a role model of the Group’s values and culture.
• Lead and support a change in mindset, building a culture of client centricity, agility, and accountability through standardised metrics and measurement, ensuring everyone in Operations are drivers and owners of client outcomes.

Risk Management

Position Summary

Job Scope

1. Quality Policies & Procedures: Determine, implement & promote policies and procedures for company’s Network and facilities (hubs & stations) to ensure compliance to standards such as GDP, GCP and others.

10. Healthcare Quality Feedback: Liaise, consolidate feedback from different functions to update and prepare final copy for Quality Questionnaires, Agreements and RFQ Proposals for customers.

11. Validation Programs: Lead the validation of transportation lanes and critical equipment like cold chain facilities, and packaging systems.

12. Depot Support: Provide secondary / backup support to healthcare specialists for market depots.

Requirements :

1. Hold local pharmacist license

2. Have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in warehouse, quality + QMS for pharmaceutical / healthcare industry

3. Have competencies in quality assurance / regulatory affairs, customer relationship management and root cause analysis

4. Have working experience ensuring compliance in accordance to Goods Manufacturing Practise cGMP,)/, Good Clinical Practises cGCP, Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) & ISO13485 for Medical Devices, IATA CEIV and other local certifications in a warehouse and transportation business.

Key responsibilities:
As ESG Compliance Officer for APAC, Assistant Vice President, you will:

• Support the development of a firm wide ESG compliance program, accounting for APAC ESG regulatory requirements, and manage the execution of monitoring and testing activities while providing insights on proportionate risk mitigation approaches in the implementation of ESG requirements.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the firm’s ESG compliance framework, ensuring its alignment with the interpretations of applicable law, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry standards through creating traceability and mapping documents.

3) Maintaining Employee Relations

• Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency and checks for supportive documentation and is accountable for determining appropriate action.
• Utilizes an "open door" policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensures employee issues are referred to the Department Head for resolution
• Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.

4) Managing Legal and Compliance Practices

• Ensures compliance with procedure for accessing, reviewing, and auditing employee files and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act. (PDPA)
• Ensures medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.
• Ensures all safety and security policies (e.g., work safety, lost and found items, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, company meetings, etc.
• Conducts periodic claims reviews with the Finance Department to ensure claims are closed in a timely manner and reserve levels are appropriate for open claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in performing audits to ensure adherence to standards, including those under the Private Education Act, Private Education Regulations, EduTrust Certification Scheme, and Enhanced Registration Framework.
• Evaluate audit data to pinpoint performance discrepancies, observe trends, and assess process efficiency for ongoing enhancement.
• Work alongside departments to grasp relevant frameworks, organizational policies, and procedures, and suggest modifications.
