This role is to steer, oversee and support the Regional Compliance Function in fulfilling its tasks relating to compliance governance, risk management, oversight, and monitoring in relation to Asia Pacific Region Operating Entities (AZAP OEs), as well as Regional Office in Singapore (AZAP). It includes providing support and guidance on compliance matters and escalated topics with focus on developing compliance oversight and monitoring strategy for Asia Pacific Operating Entities and to act as a liaison and relationship manager for selected entities and Group Compliance andAZAP relevant functions.

What you do

• Coordinate and lead regional compliance assurance program (incl./ compliance and targeted reviews,compliance spot-checks) specifically as it relates to the Allianz Global Non Finacial risk managment programme;

Position Summary

This position play a critical role in driving compliance and quality programs for Healthcare Transportation & Facilities and supporting the Healthcare Quality Management System to ensure processes and systems are compliant with regional and local regulations and customer requirements.

Job Scope

1. Quality Policies & Procedures: Determine, implement & promote policies and procedures for company’s Network and facilities (hubs & stations) to ensure compliance to standards such as GDP, GCP and others.

2. Quality Assessment & Standards: Write & review SOPs and Work Instructions for transportation & fulfilment solutions pertaining to the healthcare industry.

3. Compliance & Quality Program Management: Implement compliance and quality programs to support local Quality teams to ensure they are kept up-to-date and prepared.

7. Certification Audits: Lead various certification audits with relevant regulatory agencies and certification providers across the region.

8. Operations & Customer Audit Programs: Lead & prepare for regular audit programs / random checks / regulatory activities to achieve successful audit outcomes and proper post audit follow up actions.

9. Healthcare Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to understand quality requirements / issues / underlying concerns to advise on the way forward, provide advice based on interpretations as applicable to 3PL and resolve issues via conducting root cause analysis.

10. Healthcare Quality Feedback: Liaise, consolidate feedback from different functions to update and prepare final copy for Quality Questionnaires, Agreements and RFQ Proposals for customers.

11. Validation Programs: Lead the validation of transportation lanes and critical equipment like cold chain facilities, and packaging systems.

12. Depot Support: Provide secondary / backup support to healthcare specialists for market depots.

Requirements :

1. Hold local pharmacist license

2. Have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in warehouse, quality + QMS for pharmaceutical / healthcare industry

3. Have competencies in quality assurance / regulatory affairs, customer relationship management and root cause analysis

4. Have working experience ensuring compliance in accordance to Goods Manufacturing Practise cGMP,)/, Good Clinical Practises cGCP, Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) & ISO13485 for Medical Devices, IATA CEIV and other local certifications in a warehouse and transportation business.

Who we are looking for

Corporate Compliance is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable ESG Compliance Officer for APAC, Assistant Vice President, to oversee and ensure APAC compliance with Sustainability (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations regionally, including responsibility for testing and reporting of applicable laws, rules, regulatory guidance, and internal policy requirements. Key responsibilities:
As ESG Compliance Officer for APAC, Assistant Vice President, you will:

• Support the development of a firm wide ESG compliance program, accounting for APAC ESG regulatory requirements, and manage the execution of monitoring and testing activities while providing insights on proportionate risk mitigation approaches in the implementation of ESG requirements.

• Assess risk when business decisions are made, with due consideration for the company’s reputation and key stakeholders’ interests
• Draft and implement organizational policies, standards and procedures to comply with applicable regulations
• Develop, implement, and execute compliance testing, continuous assurance, and reporting of compliance testing reviews
• Conduct training to improve awareness of control requirements stated in IT standards, and/or any industry good practices
• Manage regulatory requests, prepare responses and inform the senior management of significant compliance matters that require their attention or action in a timely manner
• Manage monthly compliance reporting to Senior Management and Board
• Drive adhoc regulatory projects assigned, including engagement of business stakeholders for successful implementation

Requirements

• Degree holder in computer science, information technology, information security, economics, accounting or related disciplines with at least 7 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial industry
• Highly advantageous if you have experience in IT control assessment/auditing, technology risk management, business and system process review
• Possess strong analytical skills, paying careful and particular attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks assigned
• Strong team player with track record of working well in a collaborative environment with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong in documentation and report writing skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently​​​​​​​

Job Responsibilities

• Support Senior Team Lead in formulating mid-term plans in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain and implement strategy to realize the plan.
• Collaborate with Product Owners or Transformation teams to understand business goals, needs or pain points and initiate necessary projects to address these.
• Perform technology solutioning, lead business analysts to co-create business requirements to define scope of projects; collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to outline IT solution.
• Perform project planning - identify resources required, establish project schedule, and estimate budget required; support Product Owner or Project Sponsor in formalizing and presenting Project Charter to senior management for approval.
• Lead project managers in the end-to-end execution of projects, till project closure.
• Mentor and coach project managers and business analysts in the team.
• Support L1 and L2 teams to manage production applications owned by team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance & Banking or commerce.
• Min. 10 years in the banking / FI environment with 8 years’ experience in Investment or Corporate Banking Domains and regional (Asia Pacific) experience preferred.
• Good experience or subject matter expertise / knowledge in AML and KYC products and operations.
• Good experience with Asia Pacific banking regulations and rules.
• Good technical knowledge with experience in banking business process re-engineering and solution design.
• Good experience or understanding of solution architecture, design patterns and best practices in business-technology solutioning.
• Good experience in stakeholder management, including with C or C-1 suites.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results with these stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to steer / influence positive outcome effectively.
• Good experience managing external partners and vendors; able to lead cross-workstream(s) and off-shore vendor delivery team(s).
• Professional certification, such as ITIL/ITSM, PMP would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
