Role & responsibilities:

• Partner and work seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the integration project plan (Diaverum’s processes & systems) in a timely manner.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in nursing from an accredited university with at least 5 years in acute/outpatient care setting or related facility is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage door-door operational management for inter-region transport lanes, ensuring consistent product availability and the highest levels of customer experience
• Lead process improvement projects leveraging PM methodologies like Six Sigma, FPX, etc., to drive reliability and or cost efficiency for inter-regional transport moves
• Ability to present performance metrics and project charters/updates to various levels of management
• Responsible for coordination, track & trace, and exception management for segment inter-region transportation lanes
• Lead/participate in operational vendor management meetings (business reviews, reporting on operational vendor performance) and lead day-to-day tactical relationships with the vendors
• As required, partner with distribution Centre’s and manufacturing facilities to coordinate and manage freight on inter-regional lanes

• Primary point of contact for sites and logistics providers to communicate issues affecting shipment flows, including but not limited to missing documentation, freight delays, quality events, and shipping receiving delays

• Provide support for event management in other geographical regions based on the criticality of issues

What You’ll Do

1. Champion Our National Athletes

• Serve as the go-to person for development, selection, spexCarding, anti-doping, National Service matters, and more.
• Monitor performance results, maintain YPI updates, and ratify national records to keep everyone on top of their game.

2. Oversee Overseas Training & Competitions (OTC/OCTC)

• Coordinate entry forms, manage budgets, and handle travel logistics to ensure smooth operations for every trip abroad.
• Submit detailed post-competition reports and maintain accurate databases for oversight.

3. Elevate Major Games Preparation

• Be the primary contact for major competitions (SEA Games, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, Olympics), ensuring our athletes have the support they need to excel.
• Work closely with national coaches to develop and implement plans for national relay teams.

4. Lead Coach Development

• Maintain a comprehensive database of athletics coaches, ensuring up-to-date records of their qualifications and expertise.
• Plan and monitor professional growth opportunities to keep coaches at the forefront of coaching excellence.
• Collaborate with Sport Singapore (SportSG) and World Athletics and Asian Athletics to formulate and implement robust pathways for aspiring and experienced coaches.
• Organize and facilitate courses and regular Coaching CCE Workshops to continuously refine coaching skills.

5. Enhance Facilities & Equipment

• Oversee the Home of Athletics (HOA), ensuring that training spaces remain in prime condition.
• Propose equipment refreshes when necessary to maintain a cutting-edge environment for athletes and coaches.

6. Collaborate with Key Stakeholders

• Work with World Athletics, SNOC, SSI, NYSI, clubs, schools, parents, athletes, coach developers and more to strengthen athletics in Singapore.
