We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of both inbound and outbound activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock with data storage systems and ensure effective control processes are in place
• Collaborate with other internal and external departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to clients
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to all legal requirements.
• Track operational performance and provide regular recommendations to management
• Identify and resolve any operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management
• In-depth understanding of operations management, inventory management, warehouse systems and supply chain processes
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Takes ownership, an inventive problem-solver, and maintain a high level of accountability
