• We are seeking for a Fund Compliance & Licensing Advisor to join a dynamic team within a financial exchange based in Singapore.
• Candidate will have expertise in regulatory landscape for fund management activies, including application and maintenance of Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licenses and other related MAS licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of applying for and renewing Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licenses for fund management activities, including preparing all required documentation for submission to MAS.

Duties & Responsibilities:
