Position Overview:

The AV Technician will be a key contributor to the seamless operation and maintenance of MAS's audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing (VC) systems. The AV Technician will ensure all AV systems are functioning optimally while delivering exceptional service to MAS's stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Support and Operations

• Operate and manage AV and VC systems for daily virtual and physical events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for multiple events, including multi-day sessions, with setups and tests completed at least 30 minutes before the start of each event.

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
