Job Overview:

• Provide technical support for internal staff and occasionally for clients. Responsible for troubleshooting, managing IT equipment, and handling onboarding processes. Ensure smooth IT operations within the agency and at client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up accounts and IT equipment for new hires (onboarding).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Provide on-site support for clients as needed.
• Ensure software updates, system patches, and security protocols are implemented.
• Document support requests and maintain user guides.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Proficient in Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support when required.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

• · Run the day-to-day business operations to ensure accurate revenue forecast and plan
• · Issue and update service reports daily
• · Check and scan Project Management checklist
• · Ensure data accuracy and provide timely updates in SAP
• · Support Maintenance department in the creation and processing of orders
• · Check stock availability, raise purchase requisition and follow up on delivery status
• · Issue equipment to Engineers/Contractors
• · Follow up with Engineers/Vendors/Contractors on project status
• · Ensure accuracy of information and preparation of reports prior to billing
• · Prepare quotations for Maintenance engineers and send to customers
• · Other general tasks as required

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• · Diploma graduates / ITE / O levels are welcome to apply
• · At least 2 year(s) of working experience in project management/maintenance environment
• · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel (Intermediate level)
• · Knowledge of SAP and ITSM tools is an added advantage

• . Maintain regular contact and follow up with customers to ensure invoices are paid promptly.
• . Conduct overdue account review with Head of Department and follow up with review actions.
• . Escalate and follow up rejection invoices, track Open log issues and ensure it is resolved with
• proper closure with respective process stakeholders.
• . Prepare and send monthly Reminder Letters and Statement of Account to customers.
• . Identify potential indicators of customer default and implement necessary measures to reduce
• bad debt
• . Prepares monthly AR aging reports and write-up on account’s collection status.
• . Process refunds of credit balances such as excess payments or credit notes upon customer’s
• request.
• . Perform any other tasks as assigned

• . Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Support in terms of Photography & Videography
• Archive, manage and organise the school’s media collection.
• Oversee and manage AV systems in special rooms, including auditoriums, ensuring smooth operation of sound control panels, microphone setups, and matrix systems.
• Manage AV assets, including maintenance, replacement, and inventory.
• Support school events and providing technical assistance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in handling AV/ICT equipment is a plus.
