The Cyber Security Analyst - Triage's function, within the CSOC, is considered to be a key pillar in Bloomberg’s security, as they are the initial responders to security events. The Bloomberg CSOC is responsible for the detection of cyber threats, and when detected, responsible for the rapid response, across both the diverse lines of business and the global network. The Regional Sales Leader for Security in the Small & Mid-Sized Business (SMB) segment is accountable to drive adoption and consumption of Security workloads through strong collaboration and leadership across the region that they are leading. The regional SMB sales leader will be an experienced Sales Leader who can coach other sales leaders to execute on strategy while creating a strong voice of the customer and field feedback loop​, have a strong ability to collaborate and build strong relationships in a matrix model without direct authority​, an exceptional experience with Partner Engagement & Acceleration in a scale model and contributes to the vision and go to market strategy to accelerate growth and increase market share of the Security business across the region.

Responsibilities

• SMB business leadership: Partner with Regional SMB Sales leads to develop and land cross-engine sales execution plan.  Drive solution play execution plan across engines aligned to revenue accountability, Stakeholder interlock on the right partners and resources given selected cohort target list.​
• Business Performance: performance insights, input to forecast, rhythm of the business (RoB) with stakeholders on course correction. ​
• Top deal support: Engage in top unmanaged deals and engage appropriate resources to accelerate close. Focus on competitive and dark to cloud wins.​
• SMB Voice of customer and partner: Regional market insights, local events and specific top deal escalation. ​
• Partner Performance: Assess top partner performance, define correction, partner with regional Partner (GPS) lead and Sales Enablement & Operations Leaders to adjust programs and offers.​
• Partner Engagement & Acceleration: Partner with GPS to accelerate growth through partner advisor

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years technology-related sales, account, territory or portfolio management experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 10+ years technology-related sales, account, territory or portfolio management experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud security
• 6+ years leadership in a scale business, including experience of channel leverage & leadership
• Understanding of ASIA security market in SMB segments
