Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Designing and developing computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
· Integrating Oracle SCM with other enterprise systems (such as ERP, CRM, or WMS) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
· Working both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution. Working with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed.
· Implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle SCM solutions.
· Configure and manage inbound/outbound integrations for data accuracy and security.
· Gathering and analyzing business requirements to design Oracle SCM solutions that align with client objectives.
· Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM applications, including resolving issues related to system performance, integrations, and data integrity.
· Working with computer engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
· Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user manuals.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· 7 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion/Cloud Supply Chain applications.
· Strong understanding of Supply Chain concepts and methodologies.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to lead projects and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
· Proficiency in system configuration and testing processes.
· Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Certification) are preferred but not mandatory.
