Responsibilities:

• Manage PKI and key management practices.

What will you do in Security Platform Support?

• Provide technical support for cybersecurity platforms managed by CSR, encompassing a wide range of devices and systems related to host security, network security, data protection, identity and access management, cloud security, application security, and security operations.
• Continuously monitor the availability of cybersecurity platforms and promptly address any service outages to ensure minimal disruption.
• Monitor for vulnerabilities, assess the impact of patches, and deploy patches to maintain the security and integrity of cybersecurity platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cybersecurity platforms, coordinate with vendors, and manage escalations as necessary to resolve complex problems.
• Manage cybersecurity platforms related incident and problem management tickets, analyze root causes, and propose enhancements to improve the overall security posture.
• Identify and recommend improvements for the support and maintenance of existing cybersecurity platforms, including standard operating procedure documentation creation/review, automation of manual repeatable tasks where technically feasible.
• Engage in evaluations, proof-of-value/proof-of-concept activities, design, build, and implementation of enterprise-class cybersecurity systems.
• Serve as a domain expert and trusted partner within CSR, collaborating closely with stakeholders in the Technology Group and Business Groups on matters related to cybersecurity platform support.

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services or asset management industries, with a minimum of 2 years in Cyber Security or Information Security.
• Hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining cybersecurity platforms, including troubleshooting techniques and the use of diagnostic tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking concepts and protocols, and principles of access rights and permissions.
• Must be meticulous, versatile, and inquisitive, with strong attention to detail.
• Possess an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Be a good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Scripting and coding skills, with proficiency in Python or similar programming languages, will be advantageous.
• Professional qualification in information security, such as CISSP will be advantageous

· Manage the Emergency Access Management (EAM) module to ensure any access in Production are made through the EAM module using authorised Firefighters IDs and the list of Critical Transaction Codes are updated whenever new SAP modules are implemented.

· Support the Risk and Governance Secretariat, ensuring that the SoD framework is upheld and strictly adhered to always.

· Conduct trainings to advise business owners in their SAP system access review on how to sieve out any unauthorised access from the review, and users on how to use the Access Request Management (ARM) module.

· Update the Segregation of Duty (SoD) Ruleset and Mitigation Controls once the Risk and Governance Committee approves any changes requested by business.

· Prepare timely and accurate reports and analysis for reporting to Management, and for Audit review. Qualifications/Experience · At least 2-3 years' of SAP Security Technical Experience with understanding of Authorisation
