Job Description & Requirements

Desktop Support: Provide primary support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management, infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams.

On-Call Support: Serve as the point of contact for all site-based IT requirements on a 24x7 basis, including handling off-hours emergency issues as required.

Close Personal Tutoring (CPT)

Tutors are best placed to ensure that students receive an excellent standard of care, guidance and support during their time at ISG. Tutors should be the first point of contact for both their tutees and parents and, as such, will facilitate the support or guidance for the tutees using up-to-date tracking and monitoring data. • Any, and all, discussion regarding the academic and personal development of students at Invictus Centrium involving members of staff, students and parents.
• Discussions or intervention with students between tutors, teachers or Leadership.
• Formal reviews between tutors, teachers or the Leadership of each student’s personal academic profile with the aim of supporting academic achievement.
• Correspondence from tutors, teachers or the leadership to parents discussing each student’s personal academic / pastoral profiles.
• Regular correspondence with parents as the initial school POC.
• Weekly tutor time programme and engagement with additional programmes (eg. PSHE / Study Skills)

Welfare and Discipline

• Monitor the work of class/form students, providing guidance, advice and admonishment.

Objectives:

As part of your role you will:

• Research public ML models and data sets
• Accurately label images, videos, or other visual data according to provided guidelines and criteria. This can include drawing bounding boxes, polygons, or other shapes around objects of interest
