Product Software Development

 Responsible for the full stack development of a Linux based embedded Mesh Router

 Translate product requirements to software implementation concepts for developers

 Establish Software Development best practices for nimble and high-quality development

 Hardware test and automation

 OpenWrt, ath11k open source driver, GUI, Android app development, Integrations with

3rd party Cloud based applications

Team Leadership

 Set (rolling) release goals and timelines, and guide the team to fulfill set goals

 Grow the software team, including hiring and managing junior developers

 Work with in-house and external development teams

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.

- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.

- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account

- Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)

- Strong technical and commercial background.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers

- Electrical product knowledge

- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and results-oriented.

Job Description: Mechanical Engineer (ESG-SGEP)

The specialization of this job role will enable mechanical & structural design initiatives.

Responsibilities

· Serve as local design lead for customized design and pre-sales proposal, platform design, design-changes, trials, and root-cause analysis.

· Own mechanical and structural analysis using CAE tools.

· Own basic on-site component and system level testing to support design and specification changes, coordinate validation testing for changes with global team.

· Organize Root-Cause & Corrective Analysis for design issues

· Collaborate directly with Manufacturing, Process, and Quality to solve yield barriers and scrap issues

Requirements

· Degree with less than 3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for Netlist-to-GDS physical design implementation of low power chips

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 3-6 yrs Experience in physical design with tape-outs
• Knowledge of complete Netlist-to-GDS flow, Synopsys/Cadence tools like ICC or Encounter
• Good in script programming with Perl, TCL/TK or other languages
