What You Can Expect

• To design, develop and implement ATE solutions for ASICs and high-speed optical interconnect devices
• Responsible for defining test plans, designing test hardware and implementing test programs for production and characterization.
• Work closely with product engineering and cross functional teams to own and execute on all test engineering activities related to the NPI plan including new silicon bring-up, release of sampling test programs, release of qualification and characterization test programs, release of production test program.

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding of scan and MBIST DFT test methodologies.
• Design of complex and high-performance ATE hardware.
• Testing of high-speed interfaces (NRZ/PAM4)
• Solid understanding of mixed signal ATE principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in Advantest 93K or Uflex ATE platforms.
• BS EE.or higher
• Min 10+ years of related experience
