Summary of Position:
A leading German company specializing in thermal management is looking for a Sales Engineer/Sales Manager to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities :
Create a long-term growth strategy and offer competitively advantageous insight of product.
Spec-in company product with stakeholders (Machine Maker, Panel Builder, System Integrator, End-User).
Form strategic alliances with key accounts.
Develop & grow distribution channels throughout South East Asia.
Provide monthly update to the direct report on performance.
Requirement :
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
An MBA will be advantageous.
Proven track record of 5-7 years in Sales, Product, and Business Development, preferably in the field of industrial thermal management.
Regional sales experience in South East Asia.
Knowledge of chiller, panel cooling, thermal management will be advantageous.
Some experience with industrial refrigeration service maintenance, including seeking new service partners and dealing with existing ones.
Hands-on management and able to navigate confidently in complex and challenging environments.
Able to work independently.
Good oral and written communication skills.
A hunter mindset, with proven track record of growing assigned market.
