• Perform basic engineering design for proposed investment projects, mark up P&IDs, and compile technical information for cost estimation purposes.
• Collaborate with the technical team on process simulations, evaluations, investigations, and performance and yield optimization initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or engineering.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in engineering or production within the chemical industry.
• Hands-on experience designing or optimizing process control systems in chemical plants.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Strong understanding of mass and heat balance calculations for chemical processes.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of team development and collaboration in a team-based environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree in chemical engineering.
• Experience with chemical process simulations, such as polymerization, distillation, or drying processes.
• Technical expertise in polymer extrusion processes.
• Knowledge of DCS programming and PID parameter tuning.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TPM.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, macros, or related software engineering tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading Capex projects.
• Proficiency in Management of Change (MOC), process safety assessments (PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA, QRA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee, manage, and supervise both in-house teams and external contractors for all mechanical maintenance tasks, including:Daily maintenance (preventive, corrective, and breakdown).
   Transition maintenance.
   Turnaround maintenance.
   Upgrades and maintenance-related improvements.
   
2. Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities align with the company’s HSEQ standards, Maintenance Management System, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
3. Develop, enhance, and execute the company’s maintenance management system to ensure safety, efficiency, and effectiveness, achieving optimal equipment reliability and availability.
4. Maintain and update accurate maintenance records to support robust data analysis and facilitate troubleshooting.
5. Conduct root cause analyses to address equipment or system defects and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
6. Optimize and manage the inventory of critical and non-critical equipment spare parts to support mechanical maintenance needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiarity with static and rotating equipment.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a chemical process plant.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in oil/gas industry

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1year of relevant experience

Job Responsibility

• Title: Senior Accountant under financial manager.
• Responsible for full set of accounts of headquarters, consolidating 4 JV projects accounts by share.
• Daily accounting duties including payments and posting entries to the system
• Processing of AP / AR invoices, including verification, coding, reconciliation;
• Issuing cheques and prepare bank reconciliation statements;
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing
• Prepare and assist with the processing of all general ledger journals
• Assist in management reporting and analysis.
• Provide support for year-end audit and taxation activities.

Requirement

• Education – Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or ACCA
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Construction working experiences, especially with Chinese companies, will be preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• More than 3 years of accounting and supervisory experience

• Engineer in the civil/structural discipline with at least a degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience on projects similar in nature to civil projects, including at least five (5)years in the design of geotechnical works for deep excavation.
• Experience in LTA projects is an adventage.
