• Senior FSM is responsible for ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining all fire safety systems. This includes overseeing the implementation of the building's emergency response plan, conducting regular inspections and fire drills, and ensuring fire safety certification requirement are met.
• Conduct routine inspections of all fire safety systems and equipment.
• Identify and rectify any fire safety deficiencies to maintain compliance with regulations and ensure optimal performance of fire protection systems.
• Organise and conduct regular fire drills to ensure building occupants, including users and tenants, are familiar with evacuation procedures and prepared for emergencies.
• Review and update the building's emergency response plan as necessary to reflect changes in regulations, building layout, or new equipment.

As a Data Center Segment expert, the Sales Engineer is responsible for leading, developing sales strategies and plans as well as generate new business opportunities to the company.

The position does this by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with potential and existing key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators.

The position maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions, competitive positions, and solutions/services that PS can provide to develop the pipeline of business coming into the company.

This position has the ultimate objective to aggressively achieve profitable growth through monitoring of Data Center project pipelines and assisting to convert these into actual orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business opportunities and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers, decision makers and target accounts. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and evaluate options.

Works closely with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential key accounts/customers to do business with PS. Collaborates to establish long term working relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at different management levels across key accounts’ organizations.

Establish, cultivate, and maintain key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors. This can be done in conjunction with distribution partners and direct engagement.

Uncover and build opportunity pipelines with Sales, end customers and advance through the sales stages progressively till deal closure. Ensures that data is accurately entered and managed within PS’s CRM and sales/project management system.

Establish budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets for the SEA DC market.

Identifies and support in qualification of strategic alliances to expand PS solution, products, and services; and business networking to leverage into additional markets.

TRAVEL

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the power generation business.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Engineer (EIC Engineer) to manage and execute the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and control systems engineering, as well as hands-on experience with instrumentation, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for industrial projects.
• System Configuration: Configure and program PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems to ensure seamless automation and control.
• Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical and control systems on-site.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• System Calibration: Calibrate and validate instruments to ensure accuracy and proper functioning.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical and control systems adhere to safety standards and regulations (IEC, NEC, ATEX, etc.).
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to meet project deadlines.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of designs, configurations, test results, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, and control engineering, with a focus on industrial applications.
• Technical Skills:Proficient in the design and configuration of electrical systems.
  Hands-on experience with PLC programming
  
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in electrical and control systems.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Control Systems Technician) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support AI infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system capabilities.
• Ensure system security and compliance.
• Rotated on call to handle emergency customer issues.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking and storage solutions.
• Proficient in using NVIDIA AI-related toolsets.
• Skilled in installing and debugging AI-related drivers and runtime environments.
• Familiar with model training, tuning, and inference, capable of effectively identifying and troubleshooting various issues during operation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker.

Language Requirements:

· Fluency in English is mandatory, and Mandarin is a plus.
