• Update the progress of structural works in the Progress Reports
• Assist in commissioning including coordination structural engineering
• Maintain the proper documentation of inspection forms and other follow-up inspections from RE
• Support Quantity Surveyors in conducting site measurement and inspections
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients
• Work under the advice of the Safety Officer to adhere to compliance & safety requirements with regulatory and industry standards during the construction phase
• To ensure works are in compliance with quality procedures and within standard workmanship requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by PE Board of Singapore)
• At least 3 years of local relevant experience in Construction industry; HDB preferred
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

UC Operations Engineer

Job Summary:

• Acts as primary IT representative for all meeting room, collaboration space, and telecom system builds for new facility projects (new builds and refreshes)
• Provides support for hybrid, in-person, and virtual meetings including configuring webinar settings, controlling in-meeting functions, and operating AV equipment such as microphones and presentation laptops
• Monitors and troubleshoots existing meeting room and telecom systems deployed in various facilities

Responsibilities
• Reviews construction plans for new meeting rooms and specifies correct room requirements according to client’s Global AV Standards
• Reviews telecom needs with project stakeholders and creates programming sheets for telecom system programming
• Assists project team with procurement of telecom hardware
• Assists project team with procurement and oversight of audiovisual vendor for assigned projects
• Supports vendor and internal stakeholders with commissioning and validation of new telecom and audiovisual systems
• Coordinates and plans upcoming meetings and webinars with meeting stakeholders including executive administration and corporate real estate teams
• During meetings and webinars, engineer may be responsible for controlling Q&A, recording, muting audience and advancing presentation content as coordinated with meeting hosts
• After conclusion of meetings/webinars, engineer will coordinate delivery of post-meeting materials (recording links, chat transcripts, etc.) to event hosts
• Monitors alerting platform for trouble with in production room systems and coordinates response from internal company resources and external vendors when necessary
• Provides timely updates to trouble tickets and project status using appropriate tools

Qualifications
• 3+ years experience
• AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I certifications preferred

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure solutions and systems
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems.

• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual private clouds (VPCs), subnets, routing, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions.
