13. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to

14. Preparing complete, accurate and timely submittal logs for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications.

15. Accountable for receiving approved submittals from and notifying the Project Manager of potential schedule impact.

16. Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary backups relating to change requests.

17. Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with documents.

18. Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel subcontractors, architects and owners

19. Prepare correspondence with client, architect, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. Examples of referenced correspondence include, but not confined to the following items: Schedule of values, project schedule, memos, request for information (RFI), transmittals and submittals.

20. During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety.

21. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance.

22. Planning work to ensure that materials, machineries, authorities’ approval and sites condition are ready before the work starts.

23. Coordinating with authorities, clients to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Maintain workers records upto date.
• Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
• Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users on the construction project sites.

Requirements :

• At least a any Master’s Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows system
• Experience in construction industry will be added advantage
• Good understanding and experience of Windows operating system, office365, Sharepoint and Autodesk
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

. Reporting to the manager, he’ll perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers.

. Working with chillers to support maintenance, commission, service, install, retrofit, and repair.

. Involve in sales schedule planning & prepare reports for management’s review.

· Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers to customer’s questions & problem.

· Manage assets that are devoted to supporting sales service efforts including facilities, vehicle, equipment, and parts inventory, and this included exercise cost reduction process in accordance with budget control objectives.

· Develop new design, sales & service opportunities and provide sales service support to existing clients.

· Travel to perform sales service locally & overseas and provide support as and when required.

· Coordinate and support contractors.

. Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Min Diploma in engineering qualification

. Minimum 3 years’ experience in semicon industry

. Proficient in Microsoft office, web design and 2D drawing

. Customer-centric with good oral & written skills

. Hand-on with a can-do attitude

· Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, goal driven.
