• Knowledge of AS9100/9110/9120 standards and FAA/EASA/CAAS/CAAC part 145 requirements is highly preferred.

For Sewage and Drainage Pipe Jacking Project

1. work in SG, Indonesia, HK;

2.5years above site supervision and overall management experiences ;

3. Able to plan, design concept, organize resources for these projects.

4. Able to add value for the projects through design concept, machine selection, manpower allocation, good schedule and planning.

Selected Candidates to carry out, or supervise, inspections, maintenance, testing and checks according to the rules and procedures in order to release the aircraft to service.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspections

To carry out or supervise technical handling of an aircraft, within the scheduled ground time, according current carriers instructions

Activities:

1. Performs the checklist according to the aircraft type and carriers instructions
2. Inspects the performed duties
3. Signs the required logbook ( e.g. AML/CML + BOW) for maintenance release

• Analying defects and complaints

Activities:

1. Checks pre-arrival information on aircraft status, from crew and/or Maintenance Control Center
2. Contact flight crew directly after arrival for debriefing
3. Checks logbooks for open items
4. Analyses defects and complaints (trouble shooting)
5. Decides if defects and complaints can be deferred or rectified immediately
6. Informs and consults home base and Maintenance Manager or duty Engineer/Service Manager/Operations/Crew upon actions to be taken

• Repair, technical handling and modifications

To carry out or supervise maintenance and repairs of the aircraft

Activities:

1. Ensures availability of work instructions (checklist)
2. Ensures correct and adequate stock control (spare parts and materials) and maintenance of ground equipment (if applicable), in accordance with company procedures
3. Plans and organises the repair process and deploys Mechanics
4. Performs or supervises repairs and technical handling
5. Communicates with home base and Service Manager/Operations/Crew about the progress of the repair or the modification process.
6. Inspects the repairs and modifications
7. Perform flight duties or relief duties to other station when required

• Administration

Activities:

1. Performs all administration related to the technical handling of the carrier, according to instructions by the carrier
2. Updates Station Information File
3. Carry out station related tasks assigned by Maintenance Manager.

• Supervision of Mechanics

Activities:

1. Checks if duties are performed under safe conditions
2. Trains Mechanics

• Knowledge and Experience

1. Is holding of EASA B1 or B1/2 AML
2. Is certifying staff according to EASA 66 Cat. B1 or B1/2
3. Possess either or multiple ratings of A320,A330,A350,B777,B744,B787
4. Preferably has at least 2 years of experience as a certifying engineer
5. Reads, writes and speaks English
6. Has sufficient knowledge about specific operator- and type- procedures including customer demands
7. Has the proven ability to quickly and accurately identify more complex issues and problems that require thorough analysis

Job Duties of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer

• Day to day routine maintenance & rectification of aircraft defects
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data, company, authority and customers’ requirements
• Performing aircraft release to service certification (CRS) for maintenance and repair of aircraft according to the Company authorization issued by Quality Department
• Assisting in the forecasting of manpower, spares & equipment needs
• Ensuring that all staff under his control observes safety precautions, reporting of unsafe working condition & operation
• Assisting in the investigation of incident/accident reports and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
• Ensuring that tools & equipment under his control are properly maintained, calibrated and correctly used for the jobs
• Ensuring action is taken at all times to maintain the aircraft on schedule
• General supervision, control & discipline of staff under his charge
• Performing other duties, as and when required
