This position is responsible for supporting sales team in achieving sales target and growth of all NEWAY® products business within the stated region for NEWAY with direct responsibility for distributors/agents in the region.

Main Responsibilities

· Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors, customers in the timely manner

· Work closely with the Sales Team and provide technical support to customers

· Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery

· Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status

· Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment

· Liaise and resolve any sales issues with respective customers

· Track quotes and provide weekly / monthly updates to Management.

Qualifications/Requirement.

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Candidate with valves and actuation experience is an advantage

· Working in similar valves line or practical knowledge with Ball, Butterfly, GGC valves and its associated actuators will be advantage

· Good command in English & Chinese to liaise with HQ associates & customers

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus point

Job Summary

As the key individual assigned to the project by the Piping Department Manager and Lead Piping Engineer, you will fulfill the responsibilities associated with this role. Your duties include preparing major piping layouts, creating MTO sketches, and reviewing 3D CAD models related to piping systems, equipment, and structures, while also conducting interference detection. You will have technical accountability for interpreting and assessing stress and vibration results, reviewing piping layouts, and managing piping information. • To assist in the planning and organization of piping engineering activities and the manpower requirements for the project.

• To aid in the development of the piping engineering and design schedule, manpower requirements, man-hour distribution, and execution plan, based on the scope of work and the approved budget for man-hours and schedule.

• To coordinate the piping design and engineering efforts with other Lead Engineers and project disciplines, as directed by the Piping Design Supervisor.
