• You are responsible to drive and manage the silicon Bump & package assembly suppliers, backend processes and solutions to achieve the aggressive TQRDCEB goals.
• You will work closely with package design & technology, test & product engg, production planning, quality engg & NPI teams, assembly/substrate suppliers to support new product & technology introduction activities by defining processes, monitoring systems, manage process improvements and changes.

Qualifications:

Job Description

• Scope of Work: NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production, for assigned product (module, sub-assembly, instrument level) for LCMS.
• Product Quality, Yield, and Cycle Time: Lead cross functional team to drive continuous product and quality performance improvement i.e. factory yield, DEFOA, warranty/Annual Failure Rate and production efficiency (yield and cycle time).
• Product Development: Collaborate with R&D in product development and validation, and provide engineering support. Works with R&D to design, develop and release new tools or process technologies and is a resource for risk assessments and design for manufacturability. Qualifications
