• Daily Operations: Ensure smooth processes for contracts, employee confirmations, terminations, leave management, insurance claims, and onboarding.
• Maintain Records: Keep an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure HR policies follow current regulations and the Employment Act.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Proper record keeping and filing of documents

- Application, renewal, cancellation of work permit/employment pass via MOM website, security bond for foreign workers

- Proper record of attendance, medical leave, home leave for foreign workers

- Preparation of documents for renewal of certificates, permits

- Proper documentation of dormitory records

- Provide administrative support to the team

- Performing other duties requested by supervisors

Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Administer work pass application or cancellation for foreign workers.
• Involve in recruitment process for foreign workers.
• Administer employees' skills development via training and courses.
• Develop and manage HR documents.
• Prepare and update employment contracts based on MOM's latest requirements.
• Other administrative duties and scopes.
