• Assist PM in the execution of the construction activities and progress
• Coordinates project execution and planning
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
• Oversee the planning, analysis, and recommendations in support of project construction planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules
• Managing interfaces with other contractors working on the project.
• Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings; applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability

Job Requirements:

• HDB project experience is an advantage
• Min. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.
• Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all level of staff.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.

• Able to work independently, such as do site mesurement, read the drawings, laminate
• Skillful with wood working machineries such as panel saw
• Ability of wood -working hand drawing
• Able to work overtime to complete the project on-time

Job Overview:

1.In charge of wet trade ,tiling/marble/granite management works for all projects of company .

2.Carry out daily work arrangement ,site supervision ,related safety and quality assurance for tiling/marble/granite works on site.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Carry out daily work arrangement, ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.

• In charge of setting out for related tiling works,

• Can draw simple setting out drawing.

• Work closely with the other subcon on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.

• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.

• Handle all site material calculation,and make sure no waste

• Understanding marble polishing works

• Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.

Requirements

• At least high school level or certificate above .

• Minimum 3 years experience in tiling works.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
