We are looking for an Integrated Circuit (IC) layout engineer for silicon IP development for emerging satellite and high-reliability applications.

Job Description

· Develop digital and analog library cells in various technologies (e.g. CMOS & SOI)

· Layout digital cells for various trade-offs (including speed, power, area, reliability)

· Layout analog circuits and IO circuits

· Characterize digital cell cells for timing and power analyses

· Construct test structures for validating various digital and analog cells

· Analyze the reliability issues (e.g. soft-errors) for various digital cells

· Support the front-end team for System-on-Chip (SoC) integration

· Document the development of digital and analog cells

Minimum Qualifications

· Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or any related field with background on Integrated Circuit Design (both Analog and Digital)

· Knowledge in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools (e.g. Cadence, Synopsys, Silvaco)

· Knowledge in cell characterization tools (e.g. Liberate or SiliconSmart or Viola)

· Knowledge in Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) designs (full custom design methodology)

· Knowledge in digital circuit reliability issues (e.g. latch-up, soft error rates, aging, threshold voltage shift, etc.)

· Experience in digital foundation library cell development (e.g. combinational cells, sequential logic cell, memory cells, IOs)

· Experience in library cell characterization (e.g. understanding in various timing and power models)

· Experience on circuit testing

· Proficiency in English

As a Service Engineer, you have to :

• Attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises.
• Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities.
• Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault.

You should :

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving all welding quality and productivity issues through active engagement with the customers and production supervisors

• Technically verify customer requirements for order processing.

Project Management & Execution

• Manage projects within budget and on schedule until customer acceptance and hand-over.
• Oversee tender evaluation and provide Project Management support.
• Source third-party components and manage subcontractors.

Documentation & Data Management

• Manage documentation required by the project.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor other project team members when necessary.

Progress Reporting

• Report regularly to the Project Department Manager on project progress.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and supervise C&S engineering works (e.g. buildings, roads, drains, sewers, earthworks, underground buildings, temporary structures).
• Perform analysis and design for the project.
• Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
• Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
• Coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.

Requirements:

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Prior working experiences in structural engineering projects preferred.
• Familiar with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements,and Eurocode.
• Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
• Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.

In this role, you will be involved in evaluation, testing and implementation of IT infrastructure systems to support PSI business processes and operations.

Based in Singapore

You will:  

• Maintain, upgrade and improve company IT infrastructure systems and networks
• Design new computer systems and frameworks
• Manage the set-up and configuration of IT infrastructure systems including Azure/MS 365/Microsoft Exchange/ MS Teams and its integrations
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, troubleshoot reported errors
• Optimize and maintain LAN and WAN
• Optimize and maintain backup and restore processes
• Install, configure and maintain server (HP/HPE) and network (Cisco) hardware
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Create IT guidelines and manuals
• Deliver trainings on IT infrastructure system processes
