Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technicians examine structures,vehicles, and products for aws and structural weaknesses usingnon-destructive testing techniques. They conduct material tests,interpret the results, and generate reports on their findings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, structural engineering,or a similar eld. Relevant NDT certication. 10+ years' experience as an NDT technician. Advanced knowledge of NDT technologies including ultrasound,infrared, and radiographic.

1. Create simple lighting designs for external Design offices/Clients and Sales representative/Sales manager. Lighting designs may include:

• request analyses (availability of all necessary input parameters, if request is in accordance with norms, suggest alternative proposals in accordance with good lighting practise)   
• lighting calculations performed within in house or external lighting software,
• luminaire specifications and descriptions
• elaboration of alternative proposals
• technical application notes (technical reports),
• drawings with luminaire disposition and all necessary details and/or visualizations.

1. Provide simple lighting calculations according to the requirements:

1. Provide necessary support in creation of city lighting reconstruction studies:

• inputs parameters analyses (road geometry, existing lighting installation, road categorization),
• on-site data collection
• determination of typical street profiles in accordance with road geometry and lighting class
• perform lighting calculations and analyses with alternative proposals and/or competitor analyses.

Prepare street lighting categorization proposal, perform lighting calculations and analyses with alternative proposals in cooperation with direct Manager / responsible Sales rep/ Sales manager.

1. Consideration and application of the relevant lighting standards.

1. Develops, implements and/or delivers product training / presentations for Clients (e.g. Ulysse, training, ...).

1. Organize and perform on-site lighting trials and provides after-sales technical support in fine- tuning (e.g. decorative illumination).

The Process Engineer reports to the Tender & Contracts Manager and is responsible for the below:

• Review Tender Documents, sourcing for materials, suppliers and vendors to obtain and review quotes.
• Communicate and negotiate with external vendors on pricing, scope & other contractual terms.
• Assist with tender documentations preparation, cost reports and cost plans, administer and evaluate tender process and submit tender proposal reports
• Administrative duties such as preparing bills of quantities.

Job Description

• REs shall provide standing supervision of all civil and structural works to ensure compliance with the following authorities' requirements:
• The inspection of the bus depot involves the demolition and removal of the existing Pasir Panjang Distripark. Following this, the construction will take place for main depot building, dormitory and administration office.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
• Supervise and monitoring of contractors’ work to ensure they are carried out in accordance with the provision in the contract document.

Work During Office hour

Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

Job Description:

• Primary responsibility is to prepare test & qualification design activities in accordance to ESG design process with focus on quick turn-around time to respond to RFQs and Sales Orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide control system support, to improve efficiency and reliability of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, validation, and process engineers to optimize equipment & processes including data analysis for problem resolution.
• Initiate and spearhead software improvement projects on control systems and manage testing, validation and implementation
• Engage in cross-functional team projects aimed at machine and process improvements, embodying teamwork, responsibility, and a capacity for independent work.
• Lead training sessions to enhance the technical skills of operational and technical teams, ensuring smooth transfer and operation of automated equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 years work experience in designing control systems for manufacturing equipment
• Competent in SCADA and PLC programming
• Knowledge in C# will be an added advantage

We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

• Develop and review structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects
• Perform complex structural analyses using advanced software tools to ensure the safety and integrity of structures
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to create innovative and efficient structural solutions
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with local building codes and international standards

(A) JOB DESCRIPTION:

For the assigned project, assume overall responsibility for inspecting and assessing the quality and reliability of welding work, including but not limited to the following:

1) Perform inspection to ensure all fabrication work is done according to required specification, procedure, and applicable standards.

2) Conduct welding and welder procedure qualification testing and prepares report & record as per relevant specification and code.

3) Reviewing material/weld traceability records.

4) Inspections on Piping fabrication / Installation prior to pressure testing, witnessing pressure testing.

5) Understand all technical specification and standard compliance.

6) Handle troubleshooting project correction.

7) Carry out inspection of all the welding and related actions in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specification, drawings and Company Specification and requirements.

8) Recommend approval of the work inspected (in compliance with the Contract Plans and Specifications).

9) Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.

(B) REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy.

2) Possess a valid welding inspector certificate (AWS or CSWIP)

3) At least 2 years working experience in welding inspection of structural, piping fabrication and welding jobs (including NDT).

4) Sound knowledge of structural fabrication, piping isometric drawing and materials

5) Good written and communication skills, to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

6) Those with practical experience in the Process (Oil & Gas) industry will have added advantage.

Job Description

• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of inorganic chemicals' production
• Evaluate customers' orders with Team Leader and create production schedules to meet deliverables
• Oversee the planning and ordering of Anhydrous Ammonia (skid tanks/cylinders)
• Keep track of NH3 and NH4OH Performance Matrix and account for deviation/breaches captured by the matrix
• Supervise the manufacturing processes are done in a safe and efficient manner
• Oversees and assess the existing processes, workflows and optimizes them through designing, implementing and testing new procedures
• Conduct R&D work for new product/process
• Ensure all production and testing records are properly verified and documented
• Compiling status, performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner
• Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations, solutions and necessary training
• Formulate yearly maintenance plan and ensure all maintenance activities in the plant are appropriately carried out
• Ensure all inspection and certification of all pressure vessels are done and properly recorded
• Assignment of delivery escorts to the respective clients and qualification of the delivery escorts
• Review the delivery escorts competency and make appropriate changes
• Ensure safe working environment within the production area
• Perform inventory checks on a monthly basis
• Administer the ISO 9001:2015 system
• To lead on sites ammonia project (eg purging/charging) which includes project planning and execution. These projects entail certain risks and danger during emergency response mitigation and rescue operations
• Demonstrate and encourage a disciplined approach to compliance in all elements of the Company policies, processes and procedures
• Ensure outgoing product meet customers' requirements and specifications
• Review and generate Risk Assessment for all tasks
• Review and generate Safe Work Practices (SWP) for all tasks
• Conduct safety training for the NH3/NH4OH related process to technicians/operators/escorts
• Respond to customers' queries relating to safety, quality and deliverables
• Raise Correction Action Request (CAR) to problematic vendors
• Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment with all co-workers and vendors
• Respond to off hours critical calls to resolve facility/equipment issues
• Sourcing, review and purchase of Ammonia related equipment, accessories and spares
