Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
· Ensure timely and quality execution of projects according to specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
· Coordinate and collaborate with the Project Office and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
· Actively participate in project management meetings and provide regular project updates.
· Monitor and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
· Manage project teams and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
· Ensure proper documentation and reporting in line with company and client requirements.
Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
· Experience in Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore's SPPG (Standard Provision for Roadworks and Street works) projects is highly preferred.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
