• Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer may be required.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.

• Develop the conceptual framework of construction projects and manage scheduling and coordination across multiple trades and sub-contractors.
• Plan, lead, and monitor project progress, including manpower planning, construction progress tracking, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
• Ensure cost management within approved budgets by controlling materials, manpower, and machinery expenses for ongoing and new projects.
• Address delays or emergencies at construction sites by issuing timely instructions and maintaining effective project standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and authorities, to resolve site issues, ensure compliance, and achieve smooth project completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Construction industry (Building/Factory/Structure/Finishing).
• Able to work weekends, night shift and PH when needed.

About the Job:

Successful candidate will have the responsibility of overseeing the progress for documents control for Structural/Architectural documents/drawings and general submission for the project against the given schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the documents control for Structural/Architectural documents/drawings and general submissions
2. Required to manage the registry for documents/drawings submission such as transmittal, letter, RFI, Master Drawing List and sample/Catalogues Submission Register
3. To maintain softcopy of submission/drawings for Construction in the common server and prepare hardcopy for Construction to site staff and sub-con
4. To ensure proper recording received from Consultants and submission of documents on daily basis
5. To ensure that all documents are updated to latest versions for issuance to Client/Consultant/Sub-Contractors

Requirements:

• Experience in document control / administrative role for construction projects is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar job scope
• Able to work independently and get along with others
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• 5 working days contract
