As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. In this role, you will have the opportunities to collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to evaluate and review Corrective Actions /Preventive Actions. You will provide documentation of the RMA findings and oversee the final customer report till closure. · Enforcement of the implemented Safety Management System for the purpose of ensuring the safety of all staffs and workers in the workplace/projects

· Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company's ISO & OSHAS policies

· Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues

· Conduct accident/incident investigations and recommendations on corrective action to prevent recurrence

· Provide the Safety and Health Committees with the tools, resources and support enabling them to function effectively

· Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme of the construction site before work commences on the worksite

· Provide and conduct Safety training for all new employees and workers

· Manage safety violation and award programs

· Must be registered WSHO with valid license with MOM

. At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry - HDB project would be an advantage

Job Description

• Lead, manage and plan the site activities related to surveying
• Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site
• Plan and coordinate daily survey activity
• Maintenance of surveying instrumentation such as Total Station, levelling instrument etc.
• Assist production team to produce shop drawings, as built survey drawings and actual works - setting out if required.
• Ensure all readings are taken on a timely, efficient and accurate basis.
• Attend site meeting and liaise closely with client on land surveying matters
• To carry out site inspection from time to time as part of project quality control.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a land surveyor
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

• Implement and maintain IT security measures and best practices for systems and address security incidents with latest security trends.

· Report all incident and accident as per site/project and company’s emergency reporting protocol

· At least 3 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) project

· Possess Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
