APAC Linux Build team is responsible for installing, deploying and configuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) for various lines of businesses across APAC. Excellent execution on assembly process for 1st NPI success and smooth transfer process from NPI to HVM

• Excellent execution of the qualification of NPI products / packages build that proliferate from the pilot products and packages according to planned timeline

3. Reporting & Documentation

Job Description

The software support engineer is responsible for providing technical support with the Pre-deployment setup and post-deployment support from end-users in Hospitals, Nursing homes or other healthcare institutions.

• Assist with Pre-Deployment setup; preparation of device software after hardware assembly.
• Perform Software Updates to operational devices whenever needed.
• Perform diagnosis, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
