Civil engineers create, improve and protect the environment in which we live. They plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, harbours, dams, irrigation projects, power plants, and water and sewerage systems.Civil engineers plan, design, and supervise the construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects. • Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots and resources.
• Collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities.
• Liaising with the customer technical representatives.
• Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features.
• Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool.
• Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer.
• Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment.

• Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on SD WAN, LAN segmentation, Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers, F5 Load Balancers, NetScaler and BlueCoat.
• Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing.
