Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 8 years of relevant working experience preferably with main contractor.

Responsibilities:

Senior HR Executive (Construction)

The Role:

• Provide full spectrum of HR operations support
• Provide guidance to employees in compliance with company policies
• Update and maintain relevant HR info databases
• Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
• Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
• Handle MOM related survey
• Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned
