Our client is a leading global company in the construction industry, is seeking a Head of Project Management to join their team. This role will oversee multiple construction development projects, lead a team of project managers, and ensure the successful execution of high-impact initiatives that support operational excellence and long-term growth.

THE ROLE
As the Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from tender preparation to construction and completion.
• Provide technical input during tendering and collaborate closely with contract management teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and government agencies.
• Propose actionable strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required.
