   Automate manual processes by designing and developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, MS Flows/Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
   Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to schedule development and implementation of business applications
   Conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and user support
   Maintain and update developed applications and create user guides for knowledge retention
   Provide technical training to enhance staff skills in Microsoft 365 tools and other systems
   

Requirements

• No prior work experience required, but must have the necessary skill sets
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, SharePoint Online, and AppSheet is essential
• Proficient in workflow automation using Power Automate is a must
• Familiarity with Business Process Automation, Procurement, and Accounting Systems is a plus
• Holding any of the following Microsoft Certifications is advantageous: MS-900, PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500, and/or PL-600

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on hotel systems, equipment, and facilities.

• Organise and conduct regular HSE site inspections with all relevant stakeholders and follow up on all identified non-conformances
• Function as a safety assessor as per relevant regulatory requirements
• Function as a Site Incident Controller (SIC) and lead the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) during emergency situations
• To serve as secretary for the Vessel Safety Coordination Committee (VSCC) for all assigned projects
• Initiate and conduct investigation for the purpose of identifying root causes upon any occurrences
• Liaise with relevant authorities as point of contact representing PaxOcean
• Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HSE Head
