• Liaise with vendors including monitor their delivery schedule and compile delivery order (DO).
• Verify and prepare payment to vendors.
• Update material usage / consumption record.
• Knowledge on shipping / forwarding services.
• Any other assignments within PO role.

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :

· Educational Level and the field of study: Diploma in Purchasing or related field.

· Type of experience required: Familiar with construction/building products

· Amount of experience: minimum two (2) years’

Selecting the appropriate plastering materials for different sites.

Protecting non-plastering surfaces with appropriate materials.

Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.

Fixing and repairing previous plastering work when necessary.

Preparing construction sites and materials

Removing debris and dangerous materials from sites
