• Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities across our engineering projects.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to validate AI and telehealth solutions.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, ensuring timely fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and the Head of Engineering to ensure seamless integration of QA processes into the development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and techniques to support scalable, high-quality solutions.

• You have experience in developing and executing manual and automated test cases.
• You’re skilled in reviewing technical design documents and creating test plans and cases.
• You’re familiar with QA tools, methodologies, and frameworks.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are detail-oriented.
• Experience in healthcare data or applications is a plus but not mandatory.
