• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LTA project or Building project.

.Good phone etiquette for handling telephone calls and enquiries

.Attend to subcons/suppliers document collections

.Assist in requisition of stationery and groceries

.Assist in arranging with contractors for office and equipment maintenance

.Perform general admin duties and support other departments

.Well organized and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

.Good communications skills preferably in English and Mandarin

.Preferably with experience in construction industry
