Duties and Responsibilities
With reference to the Service Lead in AGRAMKOW Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for incoming customer requests, while showcasing your specialization within the technical field. You secure urgent support, maintenance advice and breakdown repairs when needed and work independently as well as collaboratively with your world-wide colleagues.
Your open-minded and helpful approach shines, especially during on-site customer visits, where you support and advise customers in any matter regarding maintenance of equipment, installation, or commissioning of machinery.
Skills and Experience
The right candidate for the job should be equipped with a relevant technical education, such as a degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
In addition, the following will be required:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an industrial or automation-based project environment.
- Technically trained with ability to understand PI diagram, E-plan and mechanical drawings is a must.
- Practical electrical knowledge with ability to install equipment/instrument independently.
- Familiar with IoT4.0 concepts and IIOT implementation is a plus.
- Pre-sales experience preferred.
- Experience of the HVAC industry would be desirable, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
- Team player with collaboration with people of all levels both within and outside of the company.
- Fluent communication skill in spoken and written English is essential. Proficient level of mandarin is an advantage.
The position is based in Singapore, and you will be supporting customers mainly within the Asia Pacific Region. Comprehensive, thorough training and needed education will be provided in Singapore and at our head office in Denmark.
