• Work out schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
• Supervise BIM modelers to produce shop drawings.
• Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify clashes with other trades
• Review, coordinate and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services.
• Ensure compliance to construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs and authorities' code and standards.
• Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as built drawings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings, identify technical issues and seek technical clarification.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s
• Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building projects
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations for Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution and Green mark issued by BCA
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment Familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry
• Preferable experiences in Hospital/Medical facility in Singapapore
• Perferable knowledge for BIM software / Autodesk Revit

Job Description

• Address customer inquiries, conduct site surveys, and collaborate with customers on project plans, approvals, and progress.
• Develop detailed designs and proposals, plan and schedule work according to contractual timelines, and coordinate goods delivery and logistics with suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, monitor project progress, and prepare monthly reports for the Project Manager and customers.
• Perform system and product installations (CCTV, data cable, fiber cable), ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Coordinate the handover of completed projects, including all necessary documentation.
• Be prepared for island-wide assignments as required.

Requirements

• Class 2B or Class 3 Driving License.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on technical installations (CCTV, data cable, fiber cable).
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to manage project schedules and operations independently.
• Knowledge on EHS compliance.
• Willingness to travel for overseas assignments.

A. Main Responsibilities

Tender/Project

• Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifications
• Produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline
• Prepare and call quotations, including analyzing and evaluating for costing of tender; or negotiate and award of subcontracts for project

Tender

• Support to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bid

Project

• Assist in preparing cost budget, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers
• Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
• Assess and submit monthly progress claim, and recommend subcontractor’s monthly progress payment
• Finalise subcontract and main contract’s final account

• Accountable to maintain & monitor the schedule of equipment’s’ renewal as to fulfil the statutory requirements (e.g. Lifting gear)

Requirement:

Responsibilities :

Requirements:

• Responsible for all works related to Site Supervisor / Coordinator duties.

· Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trade implementation on site.

· Ensure works are carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method of statements, master programme and consultants site instructions.

· Liaise with Clients, Consultants, RE / RTO to carry out site inspection and attend weekly /monthly meeting.

· Manage procurement of all site resources including sub-contractors, suppliers, manpower, materials and machinery etc. Scheduling manpower, materials and equipment on site, carry out materials and equipment receiving, inspection and maintaining record. All delivery order must be returned to office for record.

· Monitor and control material unsafe on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

· Assist project manager or project engineer with any other duties as assigned.
