• Imprest fund management and daily project reimbursement.
• Project payment process initiation.
• Local staff salary payment.
• Project payment settlement of subcontractors.
• Project external accounts management and tax management (monthly tax declaration and payment, verification and communication of annual external accounts audit report, and response to tax inspection).
• Fund management.
• Fill in monthly financial statements.
• Handle intra-project accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Do other financial related work.

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration, CPA holder preferably with minimum 10 years relevant financial reporting experience.
• Preferably with exposure in the construction industry.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Good problem solver with strategic thinking abilities & possess good interpersonal skills.
• Takes initiative and is a good team-player
• Strong sense of integrity
• Strong computer skills including accounting databases, Microsoft Excel, basic skills in PowerPoint and Word and other software detailed and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information.
