Requirements;

• Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL).
• Perform forecast, annual budget and periodic, financial/management reporting.
• Lead audit process and liaise with auditors and liaise with tax agents for the preparation and submission of tax return.
• Prepare annual financial statements and other ad hoc assignments and projects assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

As a draftsperson, you will leverage your expertise in CAD, Civil 3D, and REVIT software to perform a range of essential duties, including but not limited to:

Converting drawings from various formats to DWG and IFC formats.

Executing both manual 2D and 3D drafting.

Amending and updating CAD, Civil 3D, and Revit drawings, as well as BIM Models for architectural, mechanical, and electrical components, based on client specifications.

Skillfully handling underground services plans conversion from CAD/PDF to Civil 3D models.

Updating Mechanical & Electrical drawings while integrating them into existing architectural plans.

Incorporating new infrastructure developments into our Master Terminal Plan.

Collaborating with stakeholders and system owners to ensure accurate services information.

Drawing/model accuracy reference using survey point cloud data.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in CAD, Civil 3D, and REVIT software applications, along with a strong grasp of drafting principles, practices, methods, and techniques.

Familiarity with basic cartography and general architectural, civil/mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.

Competence in handling X-ref attachments.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in conveying complex concepts effectively.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and maps.

Ability to prepare meticulously detailed drawings derived from field survey data.

Capability to develop CAD, Civil 3D, and REVIT for diverse engineering projects.

1. A Degree in Engineering(Civil and/or Structural) or Building from local universities or universities recognised by Professional Engineers Board with at least 12 years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
2. Report to the Project Manager, and assist in creating schedules and project timelines, track deliverables, and control subcontractors and suppliers to meet time, safety and quality objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
• Coordinate between fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage and works status. To coordinate with client’s supervisory staffs on a day to day activities, inspections, etc.
• Attends all necessary site progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensure all practices comply with safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Possess relevant coretrade certification, BCSS, CSOC etc highly preferred

• Experience may be considered equivalent if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) can be used in lieu of the educational requirements

Job Duties

• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
• Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
• Any ad-hoic duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors.
• Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
