The Architectural Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating with the client’s representative, consultant, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and the BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure the project is completed profitably.

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture (Preferably recognized by BOA)

Support the Contracts Director/ Contracts Manager and/or Planning & Engineering managers during the whole process of sub-contract project

Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission
