• Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.
• For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architectural Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry or BIM certificate
• Minimum 2 years working experience in BIM.
• Proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, Bentley,AutoCad and MS Office.
• Able to read and interpret drawings.
• Must be able to work under pressure in fast-paced community with minimum supervision, meeting project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
• Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
• Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of M&E works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
• Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Read and understand project drawings, specifications, and design requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards
• Prepare and develop detailed drawings, models, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software, in line with project specifications and guidelines
• Interpret project specifications, construction drawings, and other design documentation to create detailed models that align with project goals and BIM standards
• Collaborate with the BIM Coordinator and project teams to ensure accurate modelling, incorporating revisions and updates as needed
• Assist in the creation of construction documentation, including layouts, schedules, and drawings derived from BIM models
• Ensure all models and drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and conform to client requirements, project specifications, and internal standards
• Modify BIM models as per feedback from other team members, including engineers, architects, coordinators, to reflect any design changes or site conditions
• Assist in the coordination of BIM models with other trades, such as C&S, and M&E to avoid clashes and ensure seamless integration
• Organise and maintain model files
• Ensure proper documentation and control as per BEP
• Preparation of as-built models and documentation
• Provide technical support with regard to modelling
• Ensure quality and integrity of BIM data as per project specifications
• Stay updated on latest BIM standards and practices
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, reporting, and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
